This heavy-duty transfer bench features a sliding rail system that allows the user to glide into the bathtub area without standing. The gray seat also swivels, making it easier to sit down from a wheelchair or walker. It is constructed from aluminum to provide a high weight capacity of 450 lbs while remaining manageable.
The bench includes a safety belt to keep the user secure during the sliding process. The height is adjustable to ensure the bench sits level across the bathtub rim and the bathroom floor. Non-slip feet on the legs prevent the unit from shifting, providing a stable platform for those with significant mobility challenges.
These listings show the bench is designed for both comfort and safety. The sliding mechanism reduces the risk of falls during tub entry and exit. It is a robust solution for larger individuals or those who require a more permanent and sturdy bathing aid that spans the width of the tub.
